
Great workout today!
Recap:
- Transition introduction
- Warm-up with Tabata Squats (6 rounds compared to 5 last week)
- Setup bike to run transition in our cars
- We ride! (see elevation/distance profile to the group 2 turnaround)
- On the way down we intentionally push hard (since the ride is shorter than normal) to fatigue the legs prior to run
- Gary (thanks Gary!) gets to the transition area first and starts calling out entry time and exit time.
- Everyone transitions to run and gets to experience LEAD LEGS!
- Run lasts for around 15 minutes and we all recap our experience.
Nice job to all who came out! There was a light sprinkle in the beginning, but we stayed dry but worked hard.
See you in two weeks as Deb Pyle will be leading the group next Saturday!
