With many of our racing seasons winding down, shorter days and cooler, rainy days it's time to think about how to stay fit and train in the off season. SVTC arranges a set of clinics and workshops over the winter specifically for our club or at discounted rates for club members. There is nothing better than doing some core training or weight lifting to build strength. You will be stronger and less prone to injuries as next season starts. Likewise for biking regular spin workouts will have you well prepared for next spring's rides. You will probably find it more fun and motivating to do these kinds of workouts in a group.
